2024 is already starting off VERY busy with a number of great projects that will be able to be announced in the coming months.
As always, the cost for EP and album mastering projects can be calculated HERE, and you can submit your project details at any time. For single song projects, there is a more streamlined page HERE.
I just got back from the NAMM convention in Anaheim and it was great to see so many friends, colleagues, and clients all in one place. The weather wasn’t bad either.
In January I appeared on not one but TWO podcasts. The first one is called Speaks Volumes and is hosted by two fellow mastering engineers Dan Coutant and Mat Leffler-Schulman. If you use Apple Podcasts you can check it out HERE.
The other podcast is produced by Recording Magazine and fellow mastering engineer Stephen Marsh and I chatted with Paul Vnuk Jr. and Alex Hawley of Recording Magazine to talk about all things mastering. If you use Apple Podcasts you can check it out HERE.
WaveLab 12 came out and I did a quick livestream to show just some of the many new features, and you can watch it HERE. In the coming months I’ll be covering more topics and more in depth via my (usually) monthly livestreams for Steinberg Media. If you’re looking for additional help using WaveLab Pro, you can visit THIS website.
With that, I’ll leave you with the official video for “Lost My Mind” by Mean Jeans from their upcoming album “Blasted” which comes out February 9th via Fat Wreck Chords. It was mixed by Jason Livermore at The Blasting Room, and mastered here at Mystery Room Mastering.
